1800s X-Ray Stand Floor Lamp

This is a very interesting floor lamp. The articulated stand and arm are all wood including all the adjustment fittings. The three legs are cast iron. In the mid-late 1800s these stands were used to hold the first X-Ray tubes used by doctors. The stand is an important part of early medical history.
