Important Collection of Copper Arts and Crafts Lamps

This is a collection of hanging or even flush mount lamps that we are very excited about. That doesn’t happen too often. The design is totally unique and can fall into a few different movements. The strongest influence would be Arts and Crafts but there are elements of Deco Machine Age and Art Nouveau. They also feel a bit Avant-Garde. All are unsigned but could be by an important early 20th Century designer. We were told that they were found in Prague some years ago. The body is heavy spun copper with 4 seeded amber slump glass windows. The look is clean with a few blacksmith iron flourishes. Around the widest point are a patten of vent slots. These may have been a gas lamps at one time. Each lamp shade hangs from a trumpet shaped reflector by 4 hand formed decorative iron clips. We found the lamps complete but with no electric or gas fittings. We then wired each to take four E26 bulbs and some of the glass was releaded. The original patina was left as is. The lamp has a 20 inch diameter and is 18 inched tall. This can be installed as a flush mount of finished with a pipe drop that you spec. They are priced and sold per lamp. This way you can buy one or the collection… $5200 per… 3 in stock (ON HOLD)
