Swing Arm Dental Pulley Lamp

These lamps are very hard to come by and this is a beautiful decorative example. We rewired it with the correct reproduction fabric covered pulley wire. It swings left to right and can extend from 3 to 4 foot from the wall. The lamp has four matching acorn Holophane globes.
